Compensateurs d’acier inoxydable

Les systèmes des pipe-lines sont exposés aux variations de température, aux forces et aux déformations qui causent des mouvements et/ou du stress dans le système. Les séries de Balance® de Loggers (les compensateurs d’acier inoxydable) sont utilisées pour la fondation, la compensation de mouvements et pour la réduction des bruits.

Les compensateurs d’acier inoxydable sont de haute qualité. Cette qualité est confirmée par des approbations des bureaux certifiés comme ABS, Bureau Veritas et Lloyd allemand. Les versions des brides sont aussi disponibles conformément à la norme de DIN ou d’ASA. Les délais de livraison sont courts, parce que Loggers a tous les compensateurs en stock jusqu`au numéro DN1200.

Cependant, il n’y a pas seulement des compensateurs standards, mais il y a aussi des compensateurs spécifiques sur mesure pour le client.

Suitable for compensation of expansion, contraction and misalignment in systems under high pressure. Relatively short stainless steel expansion joint with rotatable flanges acc. to DIN 86044. Allows easy installation in situations where space is limited. Due to its construction it is capable of compensating relatively large movements. Typically supplied at pre-stressed length in order to reduce reaction forces to the foundation.
